One tap loads a complete design — change anything after.
How it works
1. Enter dimensions 2. Pick materials 3. Add options 4. Get a live price + material takeoff.
Estimates are rough planning figures. Re-verify prices and availability with your supplier before quoting — the customer pays the supplier directly, and additional materials may be required as the build proceeds.
Sections
one footprint1 · Dimensions
0 = open side, railing runs there. Full = the whole side sits on the house, no railing. In between = partial wall — railing only on the open part. Back starts on Full (the usual ledger side).
2 · Decking
Material $/sq ft comes from your Settings — pre-filled from a real supplier price book, and every price is editable to your yard.
Representative tones for the material class, modeled on the colors customers shop most. Confirm the exact product color with your supplier.
Fascia is priced into the estimate and lands on the takeoff — footage follows the open edges (house-wall sides and the stair opening excluded).
Trex / TimberTech fascia matched to the decking color, or white PVC trim board. Priced per lin ft from your Settings rates.
Perimeter border boards around the deck edge — they land on the takeoff and show in the 3D.
Frames usually run a contrasting color — a Dark Umber frame over a Weathered Gray field is the classic.

4 · Add-ons
Full width runs the staircase across the whole side of the deck it sits on — stringers, treads, riser fascia, and the railing opening all follow the width.
Poured pad at the stair base — flat rate each (Settings), usually one per staircase.
Risers take 1×7 PVC, the stair sides take 1×12 PVC — quantities follow your step count and are priced from your fascia rates.

Material Takeoff
Planning quantities — verify against your cut list.
Cut list — optimized
Every piece packed into stock lengths to waste the least — joist offcuts feed the blocking before anything counts as waste. Buy counts are stock boards; the takeoff above stays the installed-quantity list.

Deck Build Sheet
NOTICE TO BUILDER — This build sheet is prepared to the International Residential Code (Section R507), and the dimensions, spans, footing sizes and depths, and hardware shown are the basis of the permit submission. The structure must be built exactly as shown. Any deviation — including footing depth — voids the design basis and can fail inspection. If field conditions force a change, revise the plan and confirm with the building department before building it differently.

Your business branding
Your name and logo go on the customer estimate and the permit build sheet — the paperwork carries your brand, not ours.
Labor rates ($/sq ft)
Labor pricing style
One flat labor rate regardless of material, or a separate labor rate per decking material. Per-material rates are the up-to-30" base — high decks add the same step-up as the flat rates; tear-down + rebuild always uses the rebuild rate.
Add-on pricing
Railing material prices ($/linear ft)
Starting prices — change any of them to match your supplier.
Your material prices ($/sq ft)
Pre-filled from a real supplier price book — change any of them to match your yard’s latest quote.
Fascia material prices ($/linear ft)
Pre-filled from the supplier price book — white PVC from trim-board prices, color-matched from the fascia guide rates.
